Photo trip Tanzania


The Great MigrationOn this 10-days trip, together with André and Anita Gilden, André is an Award winning professional Nature Photographer, you will visit the world-famous Serengeti,  the Ngorongoro Crater and also the magnificent Lake Manyara. The experience of the Great Migration, of thousands of Wildebeests and Zebra’s, crossing the Mara River is a spectacular event. We will stay five nights (!) in this area next to the Mara River. In this way we can see the migration up close and can take beautiful pictures.
We will also be searching for the “Big Five”

This photo trip to Tanzania is for like-minded enthusiastic participants, with fun, nature experience and nature photography as purpose of this trip.
In the field, André will provide hands-on photographic support. Back in camp, André and Anita will share their knowledge of Africa and its wildlife at the campfire chats.

During this trip we will overnight in stylish hotels and luxury tented camps on beautiful locations. Be prepared that we can bring breakfast-and lunchboxes with us, it’s all depending on the wildlife movements.

We will be using Landcruisers 7- seaters, but with only  max. of 3 people a vehicle. Therefore you have enough  space for your camera equipment.
In the national Parks we can open the roofs and will be having a beautiful view at the animals and their environment.

 

 

Mara crossing

First on the way is Lake Manyara, and we will overnight on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, then we continue our journey via the Ndutu Lakes, towards the North of the Serengeti. This stunning drive will get us right through the heart of the Serengeti where we will meet the migrating Wildebeestst on their way. Millions of animals are living in this park including hundreds of thousands Wildebeests and equal number of gazelles  and zebras. We will end our trip in Central Serengeti for our flight back to Arusha where our journey has come to an end.
